Friday Night Funkin Scratched 0.1 is a hand-crafted fan modification where every line of code and sprite animation is created by a single developer. You step into the shoes of Scratch, whose new girlfriend Giga becomes the center of a workplace romance conflict. Everyone – especially Nano – believes that work relationships are not allowed. To defend your love, you must compete in rhythm battles through multiple original songs.
All music tracks belong to their respective creators: The Funkin' Sound Team, ChurgneyGurgney, TheBitfoxOriginal, and KeroSerene (original by Kenny L). Chart designs and character sprites are fully credited inside the game, respecting the original modding community.
Use the arrow keys to navigate menus, and confirm with Enter or go back with Backspace. During rhythm battles, the default keybinds are ASWD and the arrow keys. Press each colored note exactly when it aligns with the grey target area to keep your streak alive. Miss too many notes and you lose the round.
The main story follows Scratch fighting for his relationship with Giga against Nano's objections – expressed through progressively harder songs. Freeplay mode offers additional tracks that are not canon but purely for fun, letting you practice or enjoy the music without story pressure.
