This unique project transforms a standard FNF experience into a full-fledged creation suite. It is a remix of a project by @Cori_K_Felix, with additional contributions from @SquigglyTuff and @Meekaryo. The developer built this specifically as a playable engine that you can use to make songs out of.

This engine has seen substantial feature updates since its release. Here is the complete list of added features:

• 4/26/22: Release - Initial launch of the song creation engine.
• 5/24/22: v1.0.2 - Added new features like accuracy tracking, a functional Boyfriend character, and a game thumbnail.
• 5/25/22: v1.0.3 - Added a dedicated Practice Mode to learn difficult sections.
• 5/29/22: v1.0.4 - Added Hitsounds for improved audio feedback.
• 6/19/22: v1.0.6 - Added Mobile Mode (making the game kind of mobile-friendly) and an FPS counter.

How to Create and Import Songs

The core feature of this project is its ability to let anyone create playable FNF songs. The developer provided a direct path for this: want to learn how to chart? Look at the official tutorial project linked by the creator, then take the chart you make and import it into this engine using the built-in system.

Controls and Gameplay Instructions

Default keybinds are set to the classic DFJK layout. Here are the special commands:

• Press 7 to enter Editor Mode and start creating or editing songs.
• Flip the Mobile switch to enable touch-friendly controls for mobile devices.
• For the best sync, especially when using the editor, double-click the flag so that the music syncs properly.

Technical Notes and Future Plans

This engine is now labeled as "cancelled" because the developer moved on to work on a new, more advanced engine. However, the developer also took a moment to thank the community for 500 views on the project. Upcoming features that were planned included Miss Poses, a Week Maker, and an Easier Chart Maker, although the easier chart maker might not be done due to the existence of Squiggly Tuff's new chart editor.
